Initial consultation will include discussing past medical history, present condition, and goals. Therapist will perform a clinical assessment of the full body facial tissue. They will assess specific joint and fascial mobility of legs, pelvis, entirety of the spine, arms, head, neck, and jaw. They will make observations of your overall function and well-being, and make assessments of your posture while still and while moving, as well as walking, strength, balance and breathing assessments as all contribute to limitations of moving through life with ease. The therapist will then use remaining time for treatment that may include J.B. myofascial release treatment, activity modification recommendations, and self treatment recommendations to follow up on before next follow up session.
